CoCreative Interiors is seeking an Interior Design Associate with a strong technical and execution-focused skill set to support residential and boutique commercial projects led by our Founder and Creative Director. Design Production & Documentation • Produce accurate CAD and Sketchup/Revit drawings, including space plans, kitchens and baths, millwork, existing-condition plans, RCPs, electrical plans, elevations, details, and schedules • Develop interior architectural plans for renovations, reconfigurations, and additions in coordination with the Creative Director and external architects and engineers • Create 3D models and visualizations to support design development and client presentations • Develop and maintain comprehensive specification books aligned with finalized designs • Ensure all drawings and documentation are accurate, coordinated, and ready for procurement and construction Specification & Procurement Support (Documentation Only) • Request pricing, availability, and lead-time information from vendors as directed • Enter vendor pricing and approved markup structures into Studio Designer (subject to Operations review) • Prepare accurate client proposal documentation for internal review and approval • Assemble complete documentation packages for procurement handoff • Collaborate with the procurement team to support order tracking and follow-up What This Role Is — and Is Not This role is not: • Procurement or order management • Final creative authority • A senior or client-lead designer position

CoCreative Interiors is seeking a Design Associate to support the execution of residential and boutique commercial design projects through detailed documentation, 3D modeling, coordination, and project development. The Design Associate works closely with the Founder & Creative Director to develop drawing sets, build 3D models, and ensure all project information is coordinated, complete, and ready for execution. This role reports to the Founder & Creative Director for design direction, technical standards, documentation accuracy, and performance feedback. • Assist with installation coordination as needed to ensure alignment with design intent • 2–4+ years of experience within a residential or boutique commercial design firm or similar environment
