You will be a vital piece of Castle’s amazing design team. Starting pay: $80,000.00 – $100,000 including sales bonuses. You will be responsible for closing the sale. Castle has Project Developers who go on leads and sell Design Agreements allowing you to focus on Design. Responsibilities include in home visits, budgetary estimate creation and presentation, writing scope of work, estimating, designing and drafting residential remodeling projects with Chief Architect software, product selections/interior design, preparing project for the hand-off to production, and ordering of some materials.
