The Interior Designer will support and lead design efforts through all phases of the design-build process—from concept development and space planning to construction documentation and final installation. Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design NCIDQ Certification 3-5+ years of professional design experience, preferrable within a design-build or commercial construction environment Strong knowledge of design principals, space planning, materials, finishes and building codes Proficient in design and documentation software such as AutoCAD or REVIT Excellent visualization and presentation skills with keen attention to detail Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Strong communication, organization and client-interfacing skills Creative problem-solver with a practical understanding of construction methods and project budgets A collaborative, design-forward culture Opportunity to work on diverse and meaningful projects Professional growth opportunities within a design-build environment Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package
