Working under the guidance of Visual Leadership, a designer will use their creative skills to design and present merchandise in a way that enhances the overall shopping experience for our guests. · Coordinate with store manager on visual needs, incoming products, and POS materials · A minimum of 2 years of experience in visual merchandising, space planning and/or retail furniture, or an associate’s degree in a related field. · Ability to create and maintain consistent visual and merchandise presentations within their area of responsibility in accordance with the company standards manuals. · 50% of time spent in the warehouse assisting with accessory assembly

Broad River Retail is currently seeking a Visual Impact Manager to join our Visual Impact team. • A minimum of 2 years of visual merchandising, accessory and/or retail furniture experience. • Associates Degree in related field is preferred • Ability to create and maintain consistent visual and merchandise presentations within their area of responsibility in accordance with the company standards manuals • Be able to follow verbal and written direction from the Regional Visual Merchandiser and implement the directive with minimal supervision • This role does require reliable transportation to travel within area of responsibility, as well as assist other Designers when needed • Ability to work independently, have a strong sense of work ethic, professional presentation, excellent communication skills, and solid customer service skills • Strong cognitive skills required; including the ability to learn quickly, handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously and be highly productive without needing much supervision • Ability to perform additional functions that may be assigned at the discretion of management.
