JOB SUMMARY The Director of Materials & Process Engineering is responsible for leading material and process initiatives at the company. The M&P Director is expected to collaborate with other leaders in the engineering and manufacturing functions to assure the materials and processes included in our design data can be fully realized in the operation, are cost efficient, and represent state of the art technology. The M&P Director is expected to remain on the forefront of advances made in the relevant material technologies, as well the associated manufacturing processes, to provide the company with a competitive advantage. Contributes to the continuous improvement of current manufacturing procedures as they apply to materials and process. Experience: Experience in writing and reviewing materials specifications, process specifications, qualification plans, test plans and reports.

JOB SUMMARY The Sr. Production Planner is responsible for managing all material related to Planning activities needed to meet the requirements of development or ongoing programs and processing all development manufacturing requirements. The main objective of the Sr. Production Planner is to coordinate and improve the material planning function through the implementation of planning best practices and active participation in the maintenance of the companys ERP system. Creates manufacturing planning that completely and accurately directs the manufacturing and/or production process for the applicable product using Syspro: Coordinates with program managers and engineers to ensure that product requirements are completely and accurately incorporated into planning. Skills: Knowledge of ERP systems. Create and or check 2D drawings electrical systems, components, sub-assemblies and assemblies as required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions Apply basic aircraft wiring designs and practices while designing aircraft interior wiring systems Use specifications, customer specifications and engineering drawings while designing aircraft interior wiring systems Produce accurate drawings such as wiring diagrams, wire harnesses, electrical installations and meet drawing release dates Write test plans, reports and analysis such as electrical load analysis, acceptances test plan, grounding & bonding and passenger address system substantiations Check drawings and prepare engineering change notices (ECNs) as required to support manufacturing Develop quality designs, evaluating cost, safety, and manufacturing, within the time constraints of a project Prepare drawings, reports and other engineering data required for production, testing and qualification of designed equipment Act as shop liaison during initial production units to solve engineering problems encountered in production and support production personnel with manufacturing electrical design Understand and apply aerospace/OEM standard practices in engineering drawings Examine suppliers lead times, cost, and availability for electrical components and parts Apply knowledge of the basic understanding of airworthiness requirements for passenger aircraft interiors Apply knowledge of basics understanding of electrical engineering, especially power systems Experience with wire harness 3D design, wire harness installations drawings, wiring diagrams, 3D modeling of complex top-level assemblies, 3D modeling and analysis of avionics enclosures and secondary structure using Catia V5 Research, select and procure appropriate connectors, back-shells, contacts, wire, shielding, and cable construction for the product to meet appropriate environmental requirements Manage the top-level part numbers, BOM structures, and master geometry models for assigned units Provides engineering design disposition on discrepancies (e.g., rejection tags, production action requests, shop revision requests) GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS Education, Knowledge, and Experience Education: A High School Diploma is required. Familiarity with RTCA DO-160 and SAE AS50881 Knowledge of Electrical Wiring Aerospace Standards Other: Extended or irregular hours may be required.
