The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting products, creating designs, and delivering excellent customer service. Key responsibilities include: • Conducting in-home consultations to assess client's living space and provide expert advice on product selection and placement • Maintaining knowledge of current sales and promotions to achieve and exceed established sales goals • Providing exceptional customer service, including gift wrapping, registry assistance, and special orders Candidates should possess strong communication and clienteling skills, as well as the ability to complete complex orders and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.

We're seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Design Studio Stylist to inspire customers to express themselves in their home by utilizing design expertise to assist clients in one-on-one consultations in the store and in-home regarding the design of their living spaces to drive sales. As a Design Studio Stylist, you will be responsible for creating and presenting design plans based on client's needs, style, preferences, and living space. You will perform productive in-home consultations including the ability to accurately measure and assess the client's living space. • Utilizing exemplary service standards, assist customers with special services including gift wrap, locating merchandise, catalog/internet orders, and furniture orders. Must be able to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods of time, lifting and mobilizing medium to large items up to 75 lbs., and have open availability to meet the needs of the business.
