Key Responsibilities • Adhere to holiday designs production and schedules, including nights and weekends when required • Follow design instructions and schedules outlined by the holiday supervisor or manager • Ensure lights are in good working order in all holiday decor • Decorate trees, garland, wreaths etc. according to design outline • Receive inventory and label/organize within the warehouse • Work in a safe, clean and organized fashion • Move holiday product, stand for long periods of time, bend and lift • Ensure customer satisfaction • Comply with all health and safety requirements • Conduct health and safety audits of each employee to ensure work is in accordance with safety policies and government regulations • Ensure written health and safety procedures for each job task are up-to-date and available • Attend any required health and safety meetings or training sessions • Ability to work inside and outside the warehouse dependent on business needs A career with our company can be a professional trajectory filled with opportunity. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of customer service and retail sales experience, strong communication and clienteling skills, and the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Responsibilities: • Utilize design expertise to assist clients in one-on-one consultations in the store and in-home regarding the design of their living spaces. • Perform productive in-home consultations including the ability to accurately measure and assess the client's living space. • Demonstrate superior product knowledge including features and benefits of the entire design studio assortment. • Health benefits, dental, and vision insurance including same-sex domestic partner benefits for full-time employees.
