The primary focus of this position is assisting customers with the design and selections for their new home (i.e. flooring, paint, cabinets, etc. The Design Consultant is available to the buyers and agents to answer any questions they may have during this appointment. -When needed, the Design Consultant will design and make all selections for spec homes including exterior and interior finishes. · Must be a team player and able to work without direction or supervision. · Must be able to frequently lift, carry, push and pull up to 25 pounds.
