Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a comparable degree from a CIDA-accredited university • 3+ years of commercial furniture design experience OR 7+ years of commercial design experience • Proficiency in AutoCAD • Preferred experience in CET and/or CAP 2020 • Experience in specification, project management, and/or professional certifications (NCIDQ, WELL, LEED, etc.) is a plus

Their ideal candidate is understanding to client needs and preferences by developing design concepts that align with their vision. Responsibilities... Include, but are not limited to: • Meet with clients to discuss project requirements, objectives, and budget • Create design concepts and present them to clients for approval • Develop detailed plans, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings • Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting fixtures, and accessories • Collaborate with vendors, project management team and other designers to ensure design plans are implemented accurately • Oversee the installation of design elements and provide guidance to contractors as needed • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in interior design techniques Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a dealer designer • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Adobe Creative Suite • Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations • Excellent project management skills • Ability to effectively communicate design concepts to clients and team members
