In this role, you will work under the guidance of a Senior Project Manager or Architect on commercial projects throughout all phases. You will have the opportunity to integrate your creativity and technical skills to assist in the development of designs. Candidates must thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, be eager to learn, and have experience with commercial architecture and construction. Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate project due diligence through surveys, code analysis, and landlord criteria • Review conceptual layouts for code-related issues • Attend on-site job meetings • Interpret and apply building codes and requirements to construction drawings • Complete construction drawings • Submit and obtain permits • Answer RFIs and handle submittals • Cross-coordinate with MEP elements • Cross-coordinate with structural elements when needed
