Business Development: • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the tenant improvement market • Develop and implement strategies to expand ARCO's presence in the tenant improvement sector • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and potential clients • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field • Minimum of 7 years of experience in business development within the construction industry • Proven track record of securing and managing large-scale tenant improvement contracts • Strong understanding of the tenant improvement market and client needs • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

From recruiting, training, and hiring practices to selecting our subcontractors, we understand that diversity of all those involved in the construction process enhances our ability to deliver the best solutions to our customers. • Maintain the material library and meet with sales reps • Support the greater architectural team in designing finish specifications and interior design details across a variety of project types: • Create millwork elevations and millwork details • Draft interior elevations, detailing and tagging all finishes and design intent • Select finishes, prepare finish schedule, samples and finish plan • Select light fixtures, prepare lighting schedule and RCP • Select furniture and prepare furniture drawings • Select appliances or other fixtures, create FF&E schedule and tag on plan • Preparing presentations • Create interior renders and 3D visualization • Coordinate with architect, construction project managers, and other design disciplines • Consider materials and costs according to set budgets and negotiated project fees • Propose alternate finishes at a lower price that match client’s current specs • Prepare working drawings, designs, plans, models, and schemes that communicate design intent which will be coordinated with greater design team

We are looking for a highly motivated Interior Designer to join our team of experts onsite in Framingham, Massachusetts. At GMA & ARCO, we are committed to taking care of our greatest asset – our team. • Space planning to enhance function, safety, and aesthetics of interior • Generate interior architectural floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, elevations and details for both permit and construction document • Incorporate corresponding material specifications and schedules related to architectural documents for use in bidding and final specifications • Assist in updating material library and meet with product manufacturer’s representatives • Collaborate with team members to prepare presentation materials as required, including but not limited to colored plans, colored elevations, 3D renderings, digital and physical finish palettes • Coordinate with construction project managers, architects, and other design disciplines as necessary through all phases of the project • Advise client on interior design factors such as space planning, layout, and utilization of furnishings or equipment, and color coordination • Field measurement of existing buildings and tenant spaces for documentation • Review of product submittals related to interior finishes
