Arbor Homes is seeking an enthusiastic, customer service and team-oriented Design Consultant for our Design Center located in Indianapolis, IN. What’s In It For You? • Prior design related experience with a production homebuilder preferred • Excellent customer service skills • Willingness to learn and adapt • Detail oriented, self-disciplined and organized with excellent follow-up • Ability to deal with conflict & set expectations • Great listening skills and creative problem solving with the ability to find the root cause, as well as a solution • Must be a team-player with an enthusiastic attitude • Effective communication skills and a sense of urgency • High level of integrity • Good time management skills • Strong interpersonal skills with attention to detail • Strong computer skills • Able to establish priorities and meet deadlines • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands • Must be current with design trends in a variety of styles • Must have ability to read and understand architectural and structural blueprints • Financial knowledge as it relates to residential mortgage loans • Must be willing to work some evenings and weekends Arbor Homes participates in E-Verify Arbor Homes
