As a Freelance Designer within the VMSD Innovation team, you will be instrumental in creating innovative visual concepts and retail design solutions that vibrantly bring the brand to life across all global retail channels. Key Responsibilities • Design Development & Execution: Support the development and execution of innovative design solutions aligned with the Global Brand Strategy and the design intent of the Executive Director of SDVM. • Concept Generation: Participate in the creation and development of spatial design concepts across Free Standing Stores (FSS), Specialty Multi-Channel (SMC), and Department Store (DS) 360 environments. Qualifications • Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in industrial design, visual merchandising, store planning/design, event design, or a related field.

Using aesthetics, texture, pattern, and curated color to convey a strong visual brand language through creative storytelling. – Translate interior design and architecture trends into actionable strategies for product lines and custom solutions. Pattern & Surface Design – Design surface patterns, textures, and visual compositions for wall, ceiling, and partition acoustic systems. – Demonstrated portfolio showcasing interior product design work and interior-related projects. Work Environment – On-site role based in the Dallas, TX area – this position requires regular in-office presence to collaborate with the team and work directly with physical samples, prototypes, and mockups.
