What You’ll Do • Collaborate with and receive design mentorship from the Studio Director to define project vision, scope, work plans and fees. • Champion innovative, narrative-driven design solutions rooted in brand, context, and human experience • Oversee and participate in the creation of design documentation, material selections, and visual presentations • Mentor and support designers, fostering growth, curiosity, and strong storytelling through execution • Ensure Revit models meet firm standards for accuracy, coordination, and documentation quality • Present confidently to clients and stakeholders, communicating both strategic intent and emotional resonance • Coordinate closely with consultants, guiding research, detailing, and integration of building systems • Build strong client relationships and support successful project delivery • Represent Ankrom Moisan within the design community through industry events and business development efforts • A strong understanding of all phases of design, documentation, and construction administration • Deep knowledge of materials, finishes, FF&E, sourcing, and specifications • A solid grasp of detailing, constructability, and applicable building codes • Experience coordinating MEP and structural systems within interior environments • The ability to generate original design concepts—and elevate the ideas of others
