Key responsibilities include: Providing administrative support to the Dean of the School of Interior Design and the Director of the Honors College Supporting day-to-day operations and assisting faculty, staff, and students as needed Serving as a primary point of contact for academic and administrative inquiries Assisting with course scheduling, registration processes, and student support activities Preparing reports, maintaining records, and managing data using university systems Supporting budget tracking, purchasing, and expense processing Coordinating logistics, communications, and resources for faculty and departmental needs Maintaining confidentiality and accuracy in all academic and administrative records An associate’s degree and two or more years of related office administrative experience is preferred. Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills, as well as MS Office proficiency are required.
