The purpose of this position is to manage and serve is the central contact for office strategies and work environment solutions for the professional office environment working under general direction and guidance of the Facilities manager to coordinate and plan the utilization of new facilities, renovations, layouts equipment updates, and utilities support; may include modernization, maintenance along with investigates and implements Ergonomic, OSHA and EPA requirements, ensuring compliance to local, state, and federal codes. • Develops executable plans to support the business needs, corporate objectives and initiatives. 3–5+ years in space planning, interior design, or corporate real estate. • Experience with project management and coordination. • Experience Required: 3–5+ years in space planning, interior design, or corporate real estate.
