Associate – Interior Design

As an Associate – Interior Design, you’ll be a critical contributor in our Office Work Group, bringing to life tailored K–12 layouts that blend functionality with creativity. Design and deliver creative layouts using Revit to visualize environments that energize K–12 schools.Collaborate with Education Partnership leaders to translate district needs into spatial strategies and physical specifications.Support the production of 2D space plans, 3D visualizations, finish boards, and digital client presentations.Source furniture, fixtures, finishes, and color palettes aligned with AmTab’s brand and school district requirements.Present and revise design proposals in collaboration with school leaders and AmTab sales team members.Coordinate closely with in-house manufacturing and engineering teams to ensure feasibility of designs.Stay current with K–12 learning trends, ADA guidelines, and educational wellness design principles.Participate in cross-functional team meetings and project planning from concept through installation.
