This is an opportunity to become a leader and Principal within an international design firm. We are seeking an established Corporate Workplace Interior Designer for a highly visible role within the office of a large, nationally established architecture and design firm. The individual hired will work closely with the current studio leadership and have the opportunity to help shape the future direction, growth, client relationships, and leadership of the Corporate Workplace practice. What You’ll Do: Partner directly with studio leadership to help guide the Corporate Workplace practice Establish design vision and lead execution across workplace interior projects Lead medium to large-scale corporate office and workplace engagements Develop and expand relationships with existing and prospective clients Participate in marketing, business development, project pursuits and presentations Help identify and capture new business opportunities Lead programming, space planning, design development and project delivery Help shape the long-term strategy, growth and market position of the studio Who We’re Looking For: An accomplished designer. For a Senior Interior Designer, Design Director, Associate, Associate Principal or similar professional who has reached the ceiling of their current organization, this offers something substantially different: A credible path from senior design leadership to Associate Principal and ultimately Principal-level leadership within a national established corporate workplace practice.

Mentor junior designers and contribute to a dynamic team environment About You: Proven experience in residential design, preferably in high-end projects. A portfolio showcasing diverse and sophisticated designs A degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field Strong design skills with a deep understanding of architectural styles and genres. This role serves as the primary communication hub between clients, internal teams, vendors, and project stakeholders to ensure projects move efficiently, accurately, and on schedule. The ideal candidate has a degree in design, is detail-oriented, and enjoys balancing customer communication, project tracking, problem-solving, and coordination across multiple design departments. Communication with clients regarding project timelines, updates, approvals, scheduling, and outstanding items. 0-2+ years of experience in project coordination, customer service, interior design, architecture, construction, or a related industry preferred.
