Role Description We are seeking an experienced and driven Construction Project Manager to lead commercial interior, tenant fit-out, and ground-up construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. Typical Responsibilities include: • Manage multiple projects from planning through completion • Develop, track, and control project schedules, budgets, and costs • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and internal teams • Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders • Review and manage contracts, change orders, RFIs, and submittals • Ensure compliance with safety requirements, quality standards, and applicable building codes • Identify project risks and implement proactive solutions • Prepare and present regular project status and financial reports • Assist with Site Supervision and coordination of daily site activities to ensure smooth project execution as required.
