Key Qualifications 10–15+ years of experience in hospitality, retail, and/or office interior design.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field required.Proven leadership managing complex, high-end, large-scale projects and multidisciplinary consultant teams.Strong expertise in FF&E, procurement, vendor management, and project execution.Excellent design management, communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
