Our key client, an A&D firm based in Baltimore, is looking for a Senior level Architect Project Manager with design and management experience in the higher education arena. The ideal team member will manage, organize and coordinate with the design and technical project teams throughout the design process to successfully execute architectural projects. Associate Principal - Responsibilities • Manages clients and studio responsibilities • Understands project design philosophy and communicates it to team. • Finds creative solutions, conducts research, and documents findings. Associate Principal - Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture • Registered Architect preferred • 10+ years of experience in the Architectural field • Experience with Higher Education projects is preferred • Demonstrated leadership and experience with project teams • Experience participating in client meetings and sub-consultant coordination • Strong Revit skills • Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations • LEED credentials are a plus
