Specialized experience for this position includes: • Experience that required the performance of work concerned with the design and alteration of interior spaces to meet functional and aesthetic needs such as: • Identifying, researching, and creatively solving problems pertaining to the function and quality of the interior environment. They will work in collaboration with Lead Designers and Gallery Leadership. • 2+ years design experience within a design firm or high-end furniture and luxury retail preferred • Art, Architecture or Interior Design or similar degree preferred • Professional portfolio required • Hands-on interior installation experience preferred • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and other related space planning/rendering programs preferred • Strong artistic skills, including hand rendering and sketching capabilities preferred • Strategic, highly organized and results-oriented • Commitment to Quality with exceptional attention to detail • Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for building a thriving interior design business • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proficiency with Mac Operating System, IOS devices, Microsoft Office and Google Applications

• Participates on major project or several projects of moderate scope with complex features. May serve as the team expert. • Provides professional interior design consultation in the planning, design, and coordination of large complex projects. • Performs basic construction documentation tasks related to the interior design scope of projects of moderate size and complexity. • Must possess basic knowledge of production software. The ideal person for this role will have an exceptional creative design portfolio and will collaborate with the team in all phases of project design with a focus on conceptual design, programming, space planning, documentation, and selection of materials and finishes. We are looking for someone who is skilled in the development stages of design, and is also concerned with impacting the whole space architecturally.
