Job Summary: Responsibilities: • Conceptualize and develop creative design solutions: Translate client wishes into tangible plans using sketches, mood boards, and 3D software to visualize your ideas. Prepares and conducts client presentations. • Focus on functionality: Gather and use project information for space planning, layout and utilization of furnishings and equipment, lighting, and color coordination. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field • At least three years of experience in interior design • Strong understanding of interior design principles and practices • Proficient in CAD software programs (AutoCad, SketchUp) and the Adobe Creative Suites • Proficient in construction documentation • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Attention to detail and accuracy • Project management skills
