Studio Operations & Guest Experience Specialist

Arhaus is seeking an Operations Assistant in Asheville to support Interior Designers and Studio staff, helping drive sales and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will coordinate with team members to uphold standards, assist customers when designers are unavailable, and contribute to merchandising and inventory control. Responsibilities include opening/closing duties, recording hours, and maintaining strong product knowledge while delivering Arhaus's brand experience.
