Store Interior Design Manager

If so, IKEA is looking for an experienced and creative Store Interior Design Manager to join our team. As Store Interior Design Manager, you will oversee the design and implementation of all aspects of the IKEA store interior. You will be responsible for developing and executing creative design solutions that meet the needs of customers and reflect the IKEA brand.The ideal candidate for this role will have a deep understanding of interior design and retail design, excellent project management skills, and the ability to think outside the box. Successful candidates should also have excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills, and a passion for design.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nOversee the design and implementation of all aspects of the IKEA store interior. Develop and execute creative design solutions that meet the needs of customers and reflect the IKEA brand. Lead projects from concept to completion, ensuring that quality standards are met. Collaborate with store personnel and other departments to ensure that all design elements are considered and incorporated into the overall design. Manage budgets and timelines for interior design projects. Research new design trends and materials to ensure that IKEA stores are up-to-date and attractive. Provide guidance and direction to store personnel in order to ensure that all design elements are properly implemented. Monitor customer feedback and develop plans to address any issues related to store interior design. Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to all safety regulations.
