Senior Interior Designer - Federal & Commercial Projects

SJS Executives LLC seeks a Senior Interior Designer to lead interior projects for federal, defense, and commercial clients. You will plan and design functional, compliant, and visually compelling spaces; develop concepts, space plans, and finish/FF&E packages; and produce detailed construction documents using AutoCAD/Revit. The role includes coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors, ensuring adherence to codes, safety, and client standards, and managing schedules and budgets. You will mentor junior designers, support proposals, and contribute to mission-focused, high-profile projects in a collaborative, growth-oriented culture.
