Revit Designer (Interior Designer)

Work Environment: On-site with flexibility Position Overview We are seeking an Interior Designer / Revit Designer to support the development and execution of interior design projects from initial concept through construction. This individual will assist with design concepts, drawings, renderings, presentations, material selections, space planning, documentation, and construction administration while collaborating with architects, designers, engineers, clients, and other project stakeholders. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, collaborative, and able to balance design vision with the practical constructability of their work. Key Responsibilities Support interior design projects under the guidance of senior design leadershipCollaborate with Project Managers, Architects, Interior Designers, Engineers, and other project team members throughout the design and construction processAssist with finish, furniture, and lighting selections, space planning, concept research, design development, documentation, and construction administrationDevelop drawings and design documentation using Revit and AutoCADCreate sketches and drawings while verifying dimensions, materials, relationships between components, and overall design intentProduce renderings, color boards, presentations, and other design materials using InDesign, Enscape, and PhotoshopApply knowledge of casework, millwork, finishes, furniture, and equipment to interior design solutionsCoordinate with clients, consultants, architects, engineers, and internal project teams to support successful project deliveryMeet with finish, furniture, and material representatives and assist with maintaining the materials libraryResearch new products, materials, finishes, furniture, and design systemsContribute to the development and improvement of design department processes and organizational systemsMaintain consistent and professional communication with clients, project teams, consultants, and leadershipQualifications 2–4 years of professional interior design experienceProficiency with Revit and AutoCADExperience with InDesign, Enscape, and PhotoshopWorking knowledge of Microsoft OfficeGeneral knowledge of casework, millwork, finishes, furniture, and equipmentStrong communication, collaboration, organizational, and critical-thinking skillsAbility to work effectively within multidisciplinary project teamsIIDA membership preferredWorking toward NCIDQ certification preferredAdditional Requirements Ability to work in an open-office, collaborative environmentMust be able to successfully complete a background check
