Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Remodeler to join our team. As a Remodeler, you will play a critical role in transforming residential spaces into beautiful and functional living areas. You will be responsible for unde and having full skill to complete the entire remodeling process, If you have a passion for construction and a keen eye for detail, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. Duties -MUST know to clean cuts and install TILE -MUST KNOW basic plumbing and electrical -all proper OSHA CERTS - Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and architectural plans to ensure accurate construction. - Install and fabricate various materials, such as glass, stucco, dry wall,texture and more, to meet project specifications. - Apply construction painting techniques to ensure a high-quality finish. - Perform caulking and other finishing tasks to complete the remodeling process. - Collaborate with other team members to achieve project goals. - Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the remodeling process. Requirements Non negotiable Must KNOW TILE work - Proven experience in the field of remodeling and construction. - Knowledge of heavy equipment operation and the ability to operate various tools safely. - Proficiency in construction painting techniques. - Experience with blueprints and architectural plans. - Skill in fabricating and installing various materials. - Experience with glass installation and stucco construction. - Excellent communication and project management skills. - Physical stamina to perform tasks that require heavy lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
