We are recruiting for a mid-level Interior Designer with experience running Multifamily projects from inception to completion. If you are an experienced multifamily designer who wants range, ownership, and a direct line to the people making the decisions rather than being one small piece of a large firm, this role was built for you. You will also learn an approach to multifamily design you will not find anywhere else. Firm :We are a founder-led studio designing multifamily communities with a hospitality sensibility, and we are growing quickly. Everything we do begins with the client. We listen first, learn what they are reaching for, and use design to carry their vision further than they pictured, never to override it with our own. We keep our practice deliberately focused, which means the designer we bring on works directly with the principals and takes real ownership of their work from day one. We lead our projects at the start, and as you grow with us, so does your ownership of them. You will have a real voice in how the studio grows, with us right beside you, invested in your work and glad to share what we know . Rol e:• Translate the client’s vision into complete interior design packages for multifamily communities across garden, mid-rise, and high-rise developments, from concept through construction and installati on• Produce FF&E specifications, schedules, material boards, and construction documentati on• Develop multisensory design narratives and presentation materials alongside us• Work directly with clients, vendors, consultants, and project tea ms• Lead site visits, field verification, installations, and punch wal ks• Help build our Revit standards, workflows, and documentation systems as we continue our transition into Rev it• Keep projects aligned with design intent, budget, and timeli ne Qualification s: Technical skills matter.
