Interior Designer- Charlotte Corporate

Job Location: Charlotte, NC 28208 – Hybrid. Position Type: Full Time. Category: Real Estate – Interior Designer. The Opportunity In this position, you will support the design and execution of interior spaces across our luxury multifamily portfolio, with direct involvement from early concept through construction and final delivery. You will play a key role in ensuring design intent is carried through every phase of the project. Developing design concepts, including finish plans, elevations, and reflected ceiling plans Selecting and tracking finishes, fixtures, and materials across amenity and common areas Collaborating closely with architecture, development, and construction teams to ensure design alignment Supporting construction administration, including submittals, RFIs, and field coordination Conducting site visits and maintaining design quality throughout project execution What You Bring to the Team You have a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design (required) and 5–8 years of professional experience, ideally within multifamily or commercial interiors. Luxury multifamily or hospitality experience is strongly preferred. You have strong experience in design development, construction documentation, and coordination through project completion, and you bring a portfolio that demonstrates cohesive design concepts in high‑end environments.
