Responsibilities Develop interior design schemes including materials, colors, furniture, lighting, and finishes. Source decorative items with strong market knowledge. Contribute to creative direction, budget oversight, and project coordination. Create compelling presentations across multiple media formats. Manage client communications and project updates. Prepare detailed design and construction drawings including plans, elevations, and schedules. Review and coordinate shop drawings and installation plans. Develop, review, and maintain FF&E specifications and budgets. Coordinate architectural finish specifications with consultants and contractors. Review samples and strike-offs to ensure design intent.
