With an in-house design and 3D printing studio—including our own print farm—we take ideas from sketch to prototype to finished product under one roof, then scale through our internal build teams and global manufacturing partners. We're seeking an Industrial Designer who thrives on translating creative visions into tangible, high-end designs—someone equally at home modeling in CAD, dialing in a print, and seeing a piece through to production. What You'll Do: Lead Concept Design: Spearhead the product development process in partnership with cross-functional design and creative teams—across food and beverage POS, custom luxury carts, restaurant and hotel installations, and much more. You'll own each project from initial concept through in-house 3D printing and prototyping, then drive it to polished execution by managing production with internal build teams and partnering with factories and brokers to manufacture in-house or internationally—always aligning seamlessly with our brand's sophisticated aesthetic. New Product Design: Engage in fast-paced design of innovative products for our B2B and DTC channels. You'll join initial concept teams to develop custom products for restaurant groups, hotels, and global brands—produced either in-house or internationally, ranging from one-of-a-kind specialty pieces to scaled production runs exceeding one million units. Creative Range: If you love flexing your creative muscles, we're looking for someone to support our design teams on multifaceted projects beyond industrial design—giving you the opportunity to use the full Adobe Suite alongside your 3D modeling and rendering skills. Material Expert: Curate and select premium materials and finishes, ensuring every design meets our elevated standards for beauty, durability, and craftsmanship. Collaboration Maestro: Engage closely with artisans, clients, and our internal creative teams to execute projects that consistently exceed expectations. Innovation Driver: Constantly introduce new design perspectives, techniques, and innovations to keep our products ahead of industry trends. Who You Are: Passionate about design across the full spectrum—from playful, fast-turn projects to refined luxury craftsmanship—with meticulous attention to detail in both. Experienced in industrial design (3+ years preferred), particularly with plastics and premium, custom product environments. Hospitality experience (bars, restaurants, and hotels) is a huge plus, as this is our main industry of operation. Highly proficient across the full design toolchain—Adobe Creative Suite for visual and concept work, parametric CAD (Fusion 360, SolidWorks, or Rhino) for production-ready modeling, and KeyShot for photorealistic rendering. Proficient in 3D printing—comfortable operating and managing a multi-printer farm (Bambu Lab and other leading FDM machines), including slicing, calibration, material selection, and print troubleshooting.
