Hospitality Interior Designer

Description Our Hospitality Studio is seeking an experienced, outgoing interior design professional to join our team. We bring decades of successful projects and long-term client relationships within the hospitality market and other sectors. Our interdisciplinary, collaborative, and relaxed work environment empowers team members to thrive by leveraging their expertise and creativity. This position may be based in New Orleans, Lakeland, Baton Rouge, Orlando, or Pensacola. Responsibilities Attend client, planning, and construction meetingsCoordinate with the Project Architect, Manager, Director, and external consultantsPerform all phases of the design process, including construction administrationSelect interior finishes, furnishings, artwork, and interior signageLead presentations and communicate design concepts using appropriate softwarePrepare FF&E budgets, purchasing packages, and presentation materialsCoordinate vendor and installation meetingsCultivate and market new clients while maintaining existing client relationshipsCollaborate with senior-level designers on complex hospitality projectsOccasional travel required Qualifications Interior Design degree from an accredited university (required)NCIDQ certification (required)5+ years of professional interior design experience, preferably in hospitalityRevit experience (required)Proficiency in Bluebeam, 3D software, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS OfficeSelf-motivated team player with strong organizational and communication skills Benefits Employer-paid health insurance, effective the 1st of the month after date of hireProfit sharing bonuses401(k) plan with an employer matchEmployer-paid short-term disability, long-term disability, and life and AD&D insuranceOther voluntary benefits including vision, dental, accident insurance, critical illness, hospital indemnity, and supplemental life insurance are availablePaid Time OffHolidays Why Join Us?
