This part-time role involves reshaping residential spaces to appeal to prospective buyers through creative design and strategic presentation. The stager will apply an understanding of design principles and color theory to make properties stand out in the market. Responsibilities include the following: Create staging concepts that showcase each property's best qualitiesPerform property assessments to develop tailored staging approachesSelect and source furnishings, decor, and accessories aligned with the design visionUse design software including SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite to develop staging visualizationsHandle project management elements such as budgeting, timelines, and resource coordinationLiaise with real estate professionals, homeowners, and other stakeholders throughout staging projectsCoordinate with contractors on any renovations or remodeling work prior to stagingAdvise clients on lighting solutions and sales techniques to boost property marketabilityQualifications and requirements: Strong knowledge of interior design principles and current design trendsPhysical ability to move and lift furniture and accessoriesEye for interior designProficiency in 3D modeling software such as 3ds Max and Rhinoceros 3D (preferred)Experience with project management tools (preferred)Familiarity with staging service contracts and construction procedures (preferred)The position offers a flexible schedule and compensation of $15.00 to $22.50 per hour.
