You will shape design principles, lead high-profile projects, and partner across departments to elevate customer experiences and brand storytelling. Ideal candidates bring 8–10+ years in residential design or luxury retail, exceptional taste, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams while balancing strategic priorities with hands-on execution.
