Furniture Sales & Design Consultant

La-Z-Boy Incorporated is seeking a Sales Associate to drive store sales through exceptional customer service and knowledge of the La-Z-Boy selling process. You will promote the Design program and assist the Designer to reach sales goals. Training pay starts at $15 per hour for 2-6 weeks (no commissions). After training, base pay is $11/hour with uncapped commissions and a quarterly bonus. Average earnings typically range from $55,000 to $75,000+ including bonus and commissions.
