Experienced Interior Designer

Ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years' experience as an Interior Designer. **This position is full-time, in-person at our office in Amherst, NY. Candidate will be responsible for daily tasks including: * Programming, Space Planning, Design Development, and Project Management * Finish Selections (carpet, paint, surfaces, and lighting) * Complete Project Specific Research * Develop and Review Specifications * Direct client interaction from schematic design through to project completion * Assists in Construction Administration including review of submittals, RFI's, site visits, and punch lists * Must have knowledge and experience working in compliance with building codes and ADA requirements Computer Software Requirements: AutoCAD 2024, Revit (a plus), Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat/Photoshop, Rendering software (a plus) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
