Designer I

Summary The Designer I is under the direct stewardship of the Sr. Production Manager. The Designer I supports drafting, design, and plan development activities by assisting in the preparation of construction documents and project deliverables under the guidance of experienced team members and department leadership. The Designer I operates in a fast-paced environment where a disciplined nature, resourcefulness, and attention to detail are critical. The Designer I position is intended as entry level, where individuals will have the opportunity to learn overall Core Values and be introduced to discipline specific standards. The individual is expected to develop technical proficiency, accuracy, and independence over time while learning company standards, systems, and client requirements.
