Role Description The Assistant Stager is a part-time, on-site role located in Cincinnati, OH. This position supports lead stagers with preparing homes for showings, including moving and arranging furniture, hanging artwork, placing decor accessories, and maintaining overall visual appeal. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with loading and unloading staging inventory, organizing and packing items, light cleaning and touch-ups as needed, and following established design plans. The Assistant Stager may help with measurements, taking before-and-after photos, and documenting inventory. This role also involves communicating professionally with team members and occasionally with clients, while reliably following schedules and instructions. Qualifications Candidates should possess basic interior design and home styling skills, with an eye for color, scale, and balance in residential spaces.Candidates should possess strong organizational and time management skills, including the ability to follow project plans and meet deadlines.Candidates should possess physical stamina for lifting, carrying, and moving furniture and decor, and be comfortable working on their feet for extended periods.Candidates should possess clear, professional communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a small team and interact respectfully with clients.Candidates should possess reliability in transportation to various job sites around Cincinnati and flexibility to work varying part-time schedules.Candidates should possess basic problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt designs on-site while following the lead stager’s direction.Prior experience in home staging, real estate, interior design, retail merchandising, or a related field is beneficial but not required.
