You'll model a custom home from first concept through final construction documents, working directly with clients instead of through layers of process. The firm works on projects ranging from starter custom homes to full luxury builds, and uses modern tools like 3D rendering and VR walkthroughs as part of the actual design workflow. It's a small, established, founder led firm with a fast paced, fun, and flexible culture. About The Role You'll be involved in every phase of the design process, from modeling homes from scratch to meeting directly with clients to reviewing final construction documents. This is a full time, in office role with flexible hours and competitive pay. What You Will Be Doing Model custom homes from scratch, developing and revising designs through each stageMeet with clients in person or virtually to gather requirements, present design options, and walk through revisionsResearch applicable codes, HOA guidelines, and city requirements for current projectsCoordinate with team members to ensure client requests and design changes are carried through accuratelyPrepare models for virtual reality walkthroughsReview construction documents prepared by drafters to confirm they meet firm design standards Who You Are 5+ years of experience in architectural design or draftingProficient in Revit and BluebeamSolid working knowledge of construction processes, codes, and requirementsDetail oriented, with strong follow through from concept to completionComfortable owning a design across every phase, not just one specialty Nice to Have Licensed Architect, or actively pursuing licensure
