Degree in Interior Architecture, Architectural Technology, or a related field.Advanced proficiency in Revit.Experience creating construction documents and technical drawings.Ability to accurately field measure and document existing conditions.Strong organizational and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. 5+ years of professional experience.Experience with Enscape.Experience in hospitality, casino, hotel, restaurant, or commercial interiors.Knowledge of building codes, accessibility standards, and construction practices.Experience coordinating with consultants and contractors.Hand sketching and presentation skills are a plus.
