This position reports to the Interiors Discipline Team Leader and will play a key role in the design, planning, and delivery of highly technical workplace interior environments within mission critical and data center facilities. This position is ideal for a technically and creatively driven interior designer who thrives in mission critical environments, values collaboration with architectural partners, and is ready to grow as an emerging design leader within the firm. Oversee specific technical aspects of interior projects, from assessment through coordinated solutions and documentation.Provide professional consultation during planning and execution phases of projects, supporting design intent and project outcomes.Independently apply advanced interior design concepts and develop improved methods, tools, and solutions as needed.Guide less experienced staff and may manage portions of project teams, support mentorship and knowledge sharing.Analyze complex design issues and develop actionable insights and recommendations.Maintain robust communication with all project stakeholders to ensure coordination, quality, and consistency.Participate in marketing initiatives to promote the firm, as assigned.
