Bring your design passion to life as an Interior Designer / Sales Consultant We are seeking interior design-minded sales consultants to join our Chicago area showrooms and grow in a rewarding career. In This Role, You Will: • Work in a beautiful, well-appointed showroom and interact directly with clients to design spaces that inspire and delight. Compensation Notes: • Hourly paid training for the first 4 months, with option to switch to commission sooner • Then 100% commission, uncapped, prepaid at time of order • Annual Pay Range: $45,000-$130,000 (Year 1 Average $51,000 / Year 2 Average $61,000) • Average Commission: 7.55% (Range: 6.6%-8.7%) • Annual Performance Bonuses • A track record of business success that demonstrates the ability to lead a sales process and achieve sales goals.
