Veterans Health Administration at the Boise VA Medical Center seeks an Interior Designer to manage an integrated interior design program, overseeing planning, development, and implementation of design work. The role supports spaces across patient care and employee environments, coordinating with architects, facilities management, and in-house construction crews to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Duties This position provides interior design support including signage for the Ralph H. Johnson VAMC in Charleston, South Carolina. The incumbent is responsible for providing assistance to the Interior Designer in developing and maintaining the Interior Design Program for all properties in the AOR. Provides advice, assistance and support to the Senior Interior Designer to improve program operations, will make regular oral and written progress reports, and will recommend changes as necessary. Applicants may also combine education and experience to qualify at the GS-07 level. For example, an applicant who has 27 semester hours of undergraduate level education (i.e. 50% of education required) and 6 months of creditable specialized experience (i.e. 50% of the required experience) would equal 100% of the required experience for the position.
