Unispace is seeking an Intermediate Interior Designer to contribute to the design and technical development of innovative workplace environments. The role involves collaborating with a team to deliver client-centered projects that balance creative vision with practical construction detailing.
The Interior Designer II will collaborate with a design team to develop concepts and support the design process for corporate workplace projects. This role involves hands-on experience from initial ideation through to technical detailing for global brand environments.
• Design Leadership: Transform and refresh workplace environments for clients across various industries by producing creative, high-quality designs that align with client goals and company values. • Client Communication: Effectively communicate design concepts, project updates, and final presentations to clients, ensuring their vision is realized in every aspect of the project. • Inclusive Design Practices: Support a culture of inclusivity, creativity, and innovation, ensuring designs meet the needs of diverse clients and teams. • Experience: 10-12+ years in interior design, architecture, or a related field, • Technical Expertise: Expertise in creating technical drawings, detailed material specifications, and overseeing construction processes.

Our Senior HVAC Design Engineer will work alongside the Building Services team and projects teams supporting the successful delivery of national and global capex projects for the Life Science industry. This position will play a key role in the Company’s expansion and growth. This role will be involved in exciting projects within the pharmaceutical industry and requires an experienced individual with strong attention to detail. • External and internal applicants, as well as position incumbents who become disabled must be able to perform the essential job functions (as listed on the job description) either unaided or with the assistance of a reasonable accommodation to be determined by management on a case by case basis.
