RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop concepts based on given criteriause feedback to modify designs Work collaboratively with other team members as to best approach Select FF&E and prepare FF&E specifications Increase required technical and functional skills in related technologies, which may include Revit, Bluebeam, Enscape, AutoCAD, Rhino, Sketchup, Adobe Creative Suite (including Photoshop and InDesign), Spexx, and other 3D modeling, rendering, and legacy programs Act as a project manager for small and medium projects and teams Develop relationships and interact with clients Communicate with client agents, subcontractors, and consultants Participate in professional development activities and initiatives, both inside and outside the firm Build and maintain a network of connections within the industryattend events central to the firm’s strengths and goals Mentor and develop team members Any other duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS:A degree in Interior Design from a CIDA-accredited school 8+ years of experience in a professional interior design environment Proficiency in Revit, CAD, Rhino, Photoshop, InDesign, Enscape, 3D modeling and rendering programsexperience in Revit is required Knowledge of materials, project design, and preparation of construction documentation Experience in all conventional aspects of interior design Experience in all project phases Effective verbal and written communication skills Able to work in a collaborative, professional manner Able to problem solve with attention to detail and a desire to learn Able to work independently with little supervision Required: Must be a NCIDQ certified interior designer or be on track to becoming a certified interior designer in the near futureTVS offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, as well as 401(k) Plan and ESOP program.

You will support design development for diverse projects, applying standard architectural design techniques for small projects and collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team. You will work with Revit, Photoshop, SketchUp, and other rendering tools while engaging with project teams and growing toward licensure.
