Are you ready to lead interior design projects and elevate design excellence? As an Interior Designer III, you’ll lead the design and execution of interior environments across all phases of a project—from early programming through construction—while maintaining design integrity, technical quality, and regulatory compliance. What You’ll Do: Lead interior design efforts from concept through construction documentation Serve as lead interior designer on complex projects with minimal oversight Conduct programming interviews and client visioning sessions Develop comprehensive interior design concepts, including space planning, finishes, FF&E, and branding integration Oversee the preparation of drawings, specifications, renderings, and FF&E packages Coordinate closely with architectural teams, engineers, consultants, and vendors Review and approve shop drawings, submittals, and specifications Participate in and lead client meetings, clearly presenting design rationale and solutions Conduct site visits to verify field conditions and evaluate design implementation Support project budgeting, scheduling, and resource planning for interior scopes Mentor junior designers through guidance, feedback, and knowledge sharing Contribute to marketing and business development efforts, including proposals and visual content Integrate sustainable design principles and support LEED, WELL, or similar initiatives Stay current with design trends, materials, and technologies while maintaining required continuing education Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture from a CIDA-accredited program with at least 8 years of professional experience or
