SJS Executives, LLC (SJS), also doing business as SJS Industrial, is currently seeking a talented Interior Designer Assistant that is experienced with assisting in the interior design of Healthcare facilities at a VA Medical Center in Long Beach, CA. There is also 11 Paid Holidays, combined 80/hours of PTO sick time accrual, medical, dental, and vision. Solicit design review comments from medical center stakeholders, including the multi-disciplinary team. • Provide recommendations on construction feasibility, availability of materials and labor, time requirements for installation and construction, and factors related to cost. • Coordinate design reviews with the multi-disciplinary construction team and obtain signoffs from team members at project milestones as required by local engineering policy. • Ability to interpret/coordinate Architectural/Engineering plans and specifications.

The Jr Interior Designer must possess at least one the following 3 key qualifications to be eligible for this job: • At least 2-4 years' experience in Interior Designer • Rivet Auto Desk experience • Medical design experience. Salary will be $54,680 per year.
