SHP in Cincinnati, Ohio is seeking an Interior Design Co-op to help shape spaces inside our buildings. You will design functional, inspiring, and human-centered interiors in collaboration with architects and engineers. As a student, you will gain hands-on project experience, learn from mentors, and build cross-disciplinary connections. The role is onsite and offers pay starting at $20/hour, with raises to $22/hour per term and additional graduate starts at $22/hour.

The Opportunity SHP is seeking an Interior Designer to join our collaborative design team. Depending on experience, you will support or lead portions of the interior design process across multiple projects, working alongside Interior Designers, Project Architects, and Project Managers to create thoughtful, functional, and inspiring environments. Continue developing knowledge of materials, codes, accessibility standards, and documentation practices. Contribute curiosity, creativity, and a collaborative mindset to the design process. Strong interest or experience in space planning, material selection, and interior environments.
