Interior Architect II - III
Qualifications: Completion of an accredited professional degree program with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design5–10 years of professional experience, with demonstrated familiarity in interior Workplace designRegistered Architect or Interior Designer, or actively pursuing architectural licensure or NCIDQ certificationProficiency in Autodesk Revit (required)Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and SketchUpDemonstrated expertise in workplace test-fit design, including space planning, adjacency studies, and iterative layout developmentSolid understanding of architectural specifications, International Building Code (IBC), life safety codes, and ADA requirementsExperience with furniture and finish selection is preferred, but not requiredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSelf-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of independent problem solvingRequirements:*Interested applicants should submit their cover letter, resume, and portfolio for consideration.
